He also specialises in ICFR, transfer pricing, M&A, and business valuations, bringing valuable cross-border and multi-GAAP expertise to clients with international operations and structured transactions.

At SGKN & Co, he oversees statutory and internal audits across diverse sectors including manufacturing, software services, media & entertainment, spices processing, and NBFCs, and also leads GST compliance and advisory, with extensive experience in handling complex GST matters and departmental proceedings.
