Partner | Fellow Chartered AccountantA Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and public practice, he previously worked at Aspire Systems (India) Private Limited, leading statutory, tax, and transfer pricing audits for the company and its global subsidiaries under IGAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP. As a co-founder of SGKN & Co, he manages complex accounting engagements, including consolidated financial statements, accounting for acquisitions, amalgamations and demergers, ERP migration support, and statutory return reconciliations. He also specialises in ICFR, transfer pricing, M&A, and business valuations, bringing valuable cross-border and multi-GAAP expertise to clients with international operations and structured transactions.
CA Niranjan H
Partner | Fellow Chartered AccountantA Chartered Accountant with 7 years of experience across finance, audit, and taxation, he began his career at India Cements Limited, where he managed plant-level finance and costing, building a strong foundation in industrial finance. He later joined BDO India, a global audit firm, leading statutory audits of listed and unlisted companies, along with Ind AS compliance, ICFR assessments, and global group reporting. At SGKN & Co, he oversees statutory and internal audits across diverse sectors including manufacturing, software services, media & entertainment, spices processing, and NBFCs, and also leads GST compliance and advisory, with extensive experience in handling complex GST matters and departmental proceedings.
CA Jithesh U
Fellow Chartered AccountantA qualified Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of experience in audit, taxation, internal controls, and financial compliance, he has worked with multiple mid-sized CA firms, leading statutory and management audits, and has also served as Finance Controller for a fast-growing food processing company. He specialises in business process design and internal controls, including the preparation of detailed process notes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for corporates, and is a Certified Ind AS Professional with strong expertise in technical accounting under Indian Accounting Standards. At SGKN & Co, he manages statutory and internal audits, ICFR compliance, project reporting, and periodic finance and audit reviews.
